V11 x Rotown presents: Truck Violence
Ticket sales for Truck Violence start on Friday, February 27 at 10:00 AM.
Truck Violence will come to V11 on Sunday, July 5 for a hefty dose of experimental post-hardcore, sludge, and emo. In addition to the standard lineup of drums, guitar, and bass, the four-piece from Montreal, Canada, also incorporates folk instruments such as banjos into their sound. The band has released one album so far, titled Violence. With the eight tracks featured on this record, it’s clear that Truck Violence is far from done experimenting. The album was largely self-recorded in the basements of band members and focuses on themes such as addiction and rural life.
