YoungRubbi creates trap bangers interspersed with lightning-fast punk, on which he screams politically engaged Dutch lyrics as if his life depends on it. The music is hyperactive, loud, and fast. In his shows, he’s like a hurricane on stage, with the energy of Iggy Pop and the confidence of Kanye West.

In his music, Rubbi is a creative centipede. He has created his own style of rap, he produces his own music and he does his own videos. In 2022 his debut album, Chaos Staat Me Goed, saw the light of day. A raw, sharp, dynamic, and sometimes funny record that is very introspective. When Sony (Music) Laser signed him, they believed he will create big waves.
