V11 x Rotown presents: KyoYoko
KyoYoko is a four-piece band from Beijing that refuses to fit neatly into a box. Their experimental blend of post-punk, industrial, electronica and a touch of free jazz is as distinctive as it is unpredictable. Since forming in 2020, the band has become a staple of China’s independent music scene, and has since taken their sound to stages in Seoul, Tokyo and Vladivostok, among others. Known for their unpredictable live shows, KyoYoko combine their music with live-mixed and distorted video footage, turning every performance into an immersive audiovisual trip. On Wednesday 2 December, they’re bringing that trip to V11!
