V11 x Rotown presents: Lézard

Lézard from Belgium will perform at V11 on Thursday, November 19! Get ready for a show full of nu-disco, art-punk, electroclash, and new wave from this band inspired by DEVO, LCD Soundsystem, and XTC. Lézard previously played in Rotterdam during Left of the Dial 2024. Now the band returns to V11 with their well-received debut album Que se passe-t-il. A record that is not only made for dancing, but whose political message becomes increasingly clear the more you listen.

Update: Lézard will continue as a four-piece since singer Myrthe Asta left the band. See the following statement made by the band itself:

Following an intense period of touring and live shows, we have an update to share.

As some of you may have noticed, Myrthe Asta is no longer part of Lézard. We thank her for her dedication and contribution to the band, on and off stage, and wish her all the best with future musical projects. Our scheduled autumn tour will go ahead as planned with the four of us. We’re really looking forward to seeing you all. Afterwards, we will focus on writing our next album.
