This self described ‘Angular pop’ band got its start in Chicago’s thriving DIY scene back in 2014, when each of the band members began collectively voicing their take on modern times. Some would describe them as post-punk, others indie rock, but we couldn’t constrain their sound to a single genre. Their sophmore album Auto-Pain was released March 27th on Fire Talk. A sad story shadows this band, who recently lost their original guitarist Mike Clawson due to deep-seated mental health problems. A portion of the proceeds from Auto-Pain will be donated to Hope For The Day an organization that actively works to break the silence surrounding mental health.
