3SOME

3SOME fuses keys, bass, and drums into one pulsating stream of rhythm and color. Their music flows effortlessly between jazz, funk, and urban styles, with moments that are as raw as they are playful. On stage, a dynamic energy unfolds in which every turn, every silence, and every improvisation sparks something new.

The Rotterdam-based trio consists of Davide Rasetti (keys & saxophone), Daan Arets (drums), and Gianluca Calò (bass & synth bass). The three met in the summer of 2022 in Rotterdam’s vibrant music scene and instantly discovered their musical connection. Their first album, TO GO UP, was recorded under the name Davide Rasetti Trio and released during a tour in Italy in September 2023.

During that tour, the band evolved even further — a two-week residency brought forth a new, raw, and adventurous sound. From that intense collaboration, the trio’s unique identity emerged, and with a new name came a new chapter: 3SOME — three musicians merging into one sonic organism.
