V11 x Rotown presents: The Hobknobs
The Hobknobs bring their debut album Helmets Off, a record built around simplicity, honesty, and human connection. The band, featuring lead songwriters Yaël Dekker (The Klittens) and Arie van Vliet (Lewsberg), will come to V11 on Sunday, December 20, to celebrate the release of this upcoming album.
With their blend of vintage guitar pop, rough-edged simplicity, and subtle eccentricity, The Hobknobs create a sound that feels both familiar and completely their own. Helmets Off leaves room for the listener and proves that great songs often speak the loudest when they are free from unnecessary embellishment.
