At Vessel 11, curiosity and discovery guide us through the storm. Whether it’s music, food, or a pint shared with friends, that same spirit now flows into our very own brewery, housed in the floating pontoon beside the ship.

Guided by our head brewer Tobias Grebhan, we craft beers you can enjoy onboard.

The V11 Brewery is a celebration of the weird, the wonderful, and the occasionally unstable world we live in. A haven for freethinkers, a place to embrace the niche and savor the beautifully uncertain. Inviting you to surrender and embrace the equilibrium of opposites.
